What data we collect

When you click "Request price" on a piece, we record: the piece of interest, the page's language, your country (inferred from your browser or connection), the source of the visit (campaign parameters, when present), and, if you use the alternate contact form, the email you provide.

If you decide to buy a piece, we also collect (via WhatsApp/email, recorded by our team): name, email, fiscal document, delivery address. Payment itself is processed entirely by Stripe (our payment provider) — we never see or store your card number.

Where your data is stored

Our server is hosted in Canada. This means that if you are in another country, your data is transferred internationally to be stored. We apply access controls and encryption to protect this transfer.

Consent

No non-essential cookies are used before your explicit permission. You can accept or decline via the banner shown on your first visit.

How to request deletion of your data

To request deletion of your data, contact us at new.85@hotmail.com. We will address the request within a reasonable timeframe, except where legal retention obligations apply.
